FAQs

What are your hours of operation?

After checking in, the sporting clays, five-stand, rifle/pistol, and 3D archery courses are available every day from sunrise to sunset. For upland bird hunts, morning hunts are available from 8 AM to 11 AM and afternoon hunts are available from 1 PM to 4 PM.

Can I rent the lodge for an overnight or a special event?

Yes! Members can rent from one room to the entire lodge. The lodge is ideally suited for overnight stays for a multiday hunt, family reunions, retreats, weddings and more.

Can I arrange for food and beverage at the lodge?

Absolutely. With advance notice, we can bring food in, arrange for a private chef or you are welcome to self-provision for a more relaxed stay.

I need a shotgun, can I rent?

Yes, we do have some shotguns available for rent if you do not bring your own to use. We have both Beretta and Browning shotguns available for rent in 12, 20, and 28 gauges.

I need a cart, can I rent?

Yes, we have a small fleet of carts available, but we will be adding more over time. You are welcome to bring your own cart as well. All trails are at least 10 feet wide and graveled so it’s easy to travel.

Do you have ammo available for sporting clays and upland bird hunts?

Yes. Target ammo for sporting clays is available at $12.50 per box or $125 per flat. Hunting ammo can also be purchased for $30 per box or $300 per flat.

Can I set up a hunt with my own dog and guest?

Yes. We encourage you to bring your own dog, as a major benefit of membership is giving your dog as many opportunities to point/flush as possible on private land! However, if you do use one of our dogs, you must use one of our guides.

Can I kennel my dog at the Ranch?

Yes, we are happy to take care of your dog while you are at the lodge eating and relaxing. Bathing is also available for a small additional charge.

Is a dog trainer on staff available?

Yes we have training available for your dog. Obedience training and basic hunting training can be arranged, as well as “training the trainer” lessons.

What other activities are available?

In addition to sporting clays, rifle/pistol and 3D archery, members can go for a hike, fish the ponds, trailer your snowmobile for a day in the snow, and arrange for a horseback ride.
